A brief biography :
Engineer graduated from the "Ecole Polytechnique" and the "Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees" in Paris, Doctor of State in Mathematical Sciences from Paris 6 University, Taieb Hadhri is a Professor of Higher Education and former Minister of Scientific Research, Technology and Skills Development in Tunisia, where he assumed the duties of Director General of the Tunisian Institute of Strategic Studies, Rector of the University of Carthage, Director of the Polytechnic School of Tunisia and the National School of Engineers of Tunis, after a career in France as Associate Professor at the Compiègne University of Technology, Research Associate at the CNRS and Scientific Advisor to Hutchinson.
